A 28-year-old has ended up in trouble following a tragic accident at work. He allegedly failed to verify the technical-professional suitability of the deceased worker.

He died last April 5, following an accident at work. 

The victim, a 51-year-old worker, he was carrying out renovation work on a building when he fell from the roof of the house. 

A flight of about seven meters that left him no escape. 

Yesterday morning, the Carabinieri, at the conclusion of an investigative activity, undertaken jointly with personnel from the ASL work environment prevention service, regarding the tragic accident, reported a 28-year-old, client of the works, since he would have failed to verify the technical-professional suitability of the deceased worker, in relation to the functions and work to be entrusted to him.
