Ermanno Bon

FOUNDER – PRESIDENT
EXPERT IN SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT, TRAINING AND SUPERVISORY BODIES

He started in 1983 in Turin as a system engineer on measuring machines, robots, industrial automation, in Italy and abroad, for a leading automation company.

In Pordenone he held the role of Maintenance Manager for plant and machine design for a company specialized in large metal carpentry works, delegate for safety and the environment.

In 2003 he founded the HSE consultancy firm for large companies in the area, expanding the offerings to private companies and public bodies in the Friuli Venezia Giulia. 

Management Systems Auditor ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, speaker at various conferences, teacher imember of the register of qualified expert teachers at the Polytechnic of Turin, collaborations with the universities of Udine and Padua.

Skills in Enterprise risk management,expert in Behavior Based Safety, competent technician in acoustics.

A member of various Supervisory Bodies since 2008 and involved in the creation of various Organizational Management Models, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01 and subsequent amendments.

Since 2003, a party technical consultant, engaged in the support and preparation of expert reports in case of accidents, professional illnesses or business needs.

Alessandra Bon

VICE PRESIDENT AND PARTNER
SPECIALIZED IN BUSINESS, ADMINISTRATIVE AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Since 2008 she has specialized in management, administrative and human resources control.

Specialized in Enterprise risk management.

After graduating in business economics, she studied in depth safety and health issues through numerous specialist courses. She specializes in business organization, human resources management, purchasing, conflict and criticality management, archive design and accounting for the company and she is accredited as a lead auditor of management systems 19011 – 45001.

Managing partner of EB Sicurezza e Ambiente S.r.l. since 2017.

She deals with the creation of various Organization and Management Models (M.O.G.) in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01 and subsequent amendments.

She processes and develops documents relating to the management of privacy in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and the Italian legislation on privacy.

Elena Lotti

Member and Advisor

Expert in workplace ergonomics, management systems, acoustics and vibrations, risk assessments

Since 2005 she has been dealing with safety and hygiene, specializing in risk assessment and in particular noise and vibrations, with instrumental measurements, as well as environmental and external acoustic impact. 

Technician competent in acoustics (n. 2872 of the ENTECA Register).

She also explored the corporate branch of workplace ergonomics, dealing, for different client companies, with risk assessment related to manual handling of loads, transport, pulling/pushing, repetitive movements and working postures. Analyses carried out with the most validated methods (EPM Research), customized for company needs and with a view to developing an improvement program. 

Expert consultant on the development of Management Systems (UNI ISO 45001, UNI EN ISO 14001, UNI EN ISO 9001).  

Responsible for helping obtain third-party certification, she carries out internal or second-party audits on Safety, Environment and Quality systems according to the UNI EN ISO 19011:2018 standard, as well as legislative compliance audits on safety.

Specialized in Enterprise risk management.

She provides support and prepares expert reports for technical consultancy for professional diseases.

Michele Franzo

Partner and Advisor

Expert on health and safety in the workplace, qualified teacher for safety training

Since 2008 he has been providing support to companies regarding health and safety in the workplace.

He carries out RSPP duties and supports HSE managers in developing control and monitoring procedures and plans.

He offer support in the most critical situations (accidents, inspections, etc.).

Development of Risk Assessments, Operational Safety Plans, Safety and Coordination Plans, Emergency Management and Evacuation Plans, DUVRI.

Lead auditor according to UNI EN ISO 19011:2018, UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, UNI ISO 45001:2018.

He carried out legislative compliance audits on safety for the creation of UNI ISO 45001 management systems.

Auditor of supplier qualifications and coordinator of activities.

He support in the preparation of expert reports in case of accidents and occupational diseases.

Accredited teacher for ECM validity training, in compliance with the Legislative Decree. 06/03/2013 for training pursuant to art. 36 and 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments. and State-Regions Agreement of 21/12/11, for the ASR courses 22/02/2012 (forklifts and MEWPs), low and medium risk firefighting workers, workers involved in safely using overhead cranes and underhook equipment, in confined spaces, in overground constructions and 3rd cat. PPE.

Riccardo Zorzetto

Partner and Advisor

Specialized in environmental matters, sustainable development and health and safety at work

Graduated in Environmental Sciences at the Ca Foscari University of Venice, he supports organizations in the field of environmental tourism, Sustainable Development and in the context of health and safety at work.

Since 2013, he has acted as a consultant for organizations in the development and maintenance of Environmental Management Systems; he carries out periodicals audit check-ups both with customers and with their critical suppliers.

He supports private and public organizations in obtaining environmental permits (AUA, AIA, etc.), environmental compatibility assessment procedures (e.g. VIA, etc.), in the management of environmental aspects (waste, emissions into the atmosphere, wastewater discharges, etc.) and related self-control and monitoring plans.

Since 2013 he has been constantly involved in the health, safety in the workplace and environment and he has been supporting employers, RSPP and technical and organisational delegates in ordinary or extraordinary management (e.g. in case of inspections by control bodies, accidents, professional diseases, etc.).

He is an External RSPP and deals with the processing of Risk Assessment Documents, in particular in thechemical – physical – biological area.

He develops company contacts in case of inspections by control bodies.

Based on the needs defined with the company, he teaches both in environmental and both in health and safety matters.

Among the qualifications achieved trough constant updates, Auditor ISO 19011:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, RSPP qualified according to the requirements of the State-Regions Agreement 07/07/16 and qualified teacher D.I. 06/03/2013 worker training courses art. 36/37 Legislative Decree. 81/08 and subsequent amendments. as well as State Regions Agreement 21/12/11.

Sara Bignami

SPECIALIZED IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS

After several years of experience in the corporate organization of production processes, he has specialized in project management activities, organizing internal activities for the company and getting exposed to different sectors.

Since 2021, she has taken care of the direct relationship with the customer, from the first contact to their management, within our latest generation CRM.

Account assistant. She follows the customer throughout the phases of each project and takes care of the management of document archives, ensuring continuous updating of information and transparency, illustrating new products and the company.

She also contributes to the organization with training courses both remotely and in person and coordinating resources external to the company, taking care of the network of consultants and specialized suppliers, who support us every day.

Among the qualifications achieved troiugh constant updates, ISO 9001:2015 accredited Auditor.

Serena dal Bo'

GRADUATED IN ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE

Data acquisition and processing of various risk assessment documents.
She develops the databases of our IT and management systems, airborne personal sampling and instrumental physical risk surveys. She contributes to the development of management systems.

She prepares, collects and processes the information necessary for VIA, AUA and AIA authorisations.
