REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE

Vaccines will be available in the future.
This is Prof. Renzo Mulato's thoughts on whether or not to vaccinate one's employees, well-known philosopher, who we asked to express his point of view.
As we know, ours is also a page of reflection, of transversal interest, but always linked to the aspects of prevention of accidents or occupational diseases.
“An employer, knowing who is the carrier of the infection, i.e. the man himself, is obliged to take care of the health of his employees?”
There is no doubt: if you neglect this aspect in times of pandemic it puts everyone into question, their families, the company itself. It would be a gamble with an obvious outcome. And negative.
The possibility of vaccinating all employees, and first and foremost oneself, turns into an obligation if it is a question of continuing work until the epidemic is over and beyond.
But this dilemma belongs to any family or community or city.
It is also true that from the beginning we heard some people talking about the possibility that many people would die and that this was precisely the salvation of the "flock".
The same people, however powerful, have lost their speech today. I observe that the main path is not so much to devise new impositions. Formally there are many of them, but they usually end up exciting Italic Gallism which takes the path of rejection by bias. I argue that this problem is solved with knowledge and persuasion; once these avenues have been exhausted, steps will be taken to guarantee the survival of a community, even with coercive tools. On the level of knowledge, there is a distortion that needs to be combated. Many have understood, due to distorted information, that the COVID-SARS-19 virus comes from animals (the blameless bats!) and from there passes to humans. As would have happened recently with Avian Flu and Swine Fever.
Whatever the origin, the virus spreads due to humans: it is we men who reproduce it and spread it among our peers. There are even healthy carriers among us: they are not sick but can spread the virus if they do not take the prescribed precautions.
So first ask yourself some 'canonical' questions: - Do you agree with the principle that you will never do to others what you do not want done to yourself? - Are you aware that if, through your responsibility, the contagion spreads at work or in the family or in the community... will you have to take on all responsibility? -Finally ask yourself:- If to save yourself and others we obtained the anti-COVID19 vaccine, are you committed to having it injected immediately? With 'ad personam' work you can achieve totality. Post. As for coercion it would be useful to accompany this brief process with the reading of an article of the Italian Penal Code, which was drawn up in times when lethal epidemics were raging, causing malformations and deaths, for which there was no cure or vaccine.
Article no. 438 of the Criminal Code.
Anyone who causes aepidemic through the diffusion of pathogenic germs is punished withlife sentence[448,452].
If the act results in the death of more than one person, the [death] penalty is applied.
The death penalty was never applied, as the Republican Constitution required.
