TO KNOW: ordinary layoffs if suspension due to high temperatures

This is a very special year in many respects and it still hasn't "let go".

We must therefore seek the opportunities granted to people and businesses which, in this case, are subject to high temperatures and overheating.

The decision shared between INPS and INAIL:

“ In case of suspension or reduction of work activity due to high temperatures companies will be able to ask INPS for CIGO recognition when the thermometer exceeds 35° centigrade.

For the purposes of wage supplementation, however, "perceived" temperatures can also be considered eligible.

In an Inail publication dedicated to workers, employers and corporate health and safety figures, the guidelines for preventing thermal stress diseases."
