It takes courage, effort, determination and organization.
It takes the conviction to continue your business, guaranteeing an excellent service, the protection of your customers and employees.
What are the rules for restaurateurs are now known, but what about the rules for customers?
By observing, it often happens that we see small but essential basic behaviors NOT RESPECTED, which we repeat below.
Let's remember that our behavior can determine the success or failure of a business.
The responsibility for the customer's behavior lies with the manager who must struggle between enforcing the rules and not annoying all the customers.
Let us therefore put ourselves in the shoes of these entrepreneurs and encourage them to comply with regulations, enjoying the fruit of their skills and creativity.
What are the rules that we customers must respect?
Here they are:
- “Wear the mask until you reach the table and every time you move from your seat (e.g. to reach the toilet).
- Move only as much as necessary inside the room. To this end, parental supervision of children present at the table is recommended in particular.
- Avoid the promiscuous use of glasses and bottles
- A contact person for the company will have to verify compliance by customers with the above rules".
For these reasons it is necessary to inform ourselves of the rules of those who host us, respect them and make our guests respect them.
After all, this is also etiquette.
