Isi public notice 2019 – financing for companies for the implementation of interventions regarding health and safety at work. In implementation of article 11, paragraph 5 of the Legislative Decree. 81/2008 as amended. and article 1, paragraphs 862 et seq., of law 28 December 2015, n. 208 through the publication of individual regional/provincial public notices, finances investments in health and safety at work.
Purpose: to encourage companies to carry out projects to improve health and safety levels in the workplace, as well as to encourage micro and small businesses operating in the sector of primary agricultural production of agricultural products for the purchase of new machinery and work equipment characterized by innovative solutions to significantly reduce polluting emissions, improve global performance and sustainability and, concomitantly, achieve a reduction in the noise level or the risk of accidents or that resulting from carrying out manual operations.
Recipients of financing: businesses, including individual ones, located throughout the national territory registered with the Chamber of Commerce for Industry, Crafts and Agriculture and, for funding axis 2, also third sector bodies.
Projects eligible for financing: The following types of projects included in 5 financing axes can be financed:
- Investment projects and projects for the adoption of organizational and social responsibility models - Financing Axis 1 (sub Axis 1.1 and 1.2)
- Projects to reduce the risk of manual handling of loads (MMC) – Funding axis 2
- Remediation projects from materials containing asbestos - Financing axis 3
- Projects for micro and small businesses operating in specific sectors of activity - Financing axis 4
- Projects for micro and small businesses operating in the primary agricultural production sector of agricultural products - Financing Axis 5 (sub Axis 5.1 and 5.2).
