March 4 2020The ever-increasing spread of dryers it has certainly improved many aspects of domestic and industrial tasks.
In the meantime, as with everything, the introduction of this very useful household appliance has introduced new risks that must be assessed and addressed preventively, logistically and during normal operation.
If you do a quick search online, you discover that it is not uncommon the news that some dryers they went up in flames, causing damage to things and people.
The machine dries then heats so, if something goes wrong, can start fires.
What preventive actions should be implemented?
We mention some of them, without wanting to replace any expert on the subject.
- Read the instructions very carefully installation and use foreseen by the manufacturer;
- Identify a zone where it can be kept under control the equipment easily when in operation;
- The environment must be ventilated;
- Equip i electrical connections adequate electrical protections and timely switches;
- Read very carefully such as garments, fabrics, clothing in general, cannot be inserted;
- Empty pockets and bags;
- To educate all those who can use the dryer, on which ones prudent precautions keep and which fabrics/materials THEY CANNOT BE INSERTED;
- Leave a concise sign/leaflet available what can be done and what cannot be done with the use of the dryer;
- Do not leave the machine running if absent;
- It's not wrong to have a Fire extinguisher and learn to use it. Helps reduce any collateral damages.
There is nothing extraordinary in all this, we believe.
They are just simple precautionary indications to be adopted any household appliance we are going to use.
